Drivers in the area are being warned of traffic backed up for miles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The collision was reported just before noon, around 11:43 a.m., between Evans Road and Redland Road, according to TxDOT San Antonio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Traffic is currently stopped, and backups extend north to East Borgfeld Drive.
