He correctly highlights the economic and national security imperatives of this transition \u2014 the logical and practical reasons from our \u201chead.\u201d I would gently like to add that this transition is also a matter of the \u201cheart.\u201d <\/p>\n
By moving away from combustion and pollution, we are not just securing our own global standing but we are actively caring for the health of our neighbors and stewarding the planet for our children. <\/p>\n

I appreciated Urech\u2019s letter about the need to see more marching band stories. A person seconded. I\u2019m thirding!<\/p>\n
Then on Nov. 14, what do I see? A story about Flower Mound\u2019s band doing a tribute to Pablo Picasso! I wish I could\u2019ve seen their performance.<\/p>\n
Every year since my youngest was in the marching band, I would go to the UIL marching band competitions even after he graduated. I missed it this year due to conflicts. If only they would televise the competition. It\u2019s not the same as in person, but we can\u2019t always be there.<\/p>\n
I could watch marching bands all day, and I have. Ever since the Cowboys faltered in the 1990s, I\u2019m all about marching bands at halftime. But they\u2019re never on TV. Can I get a second on this?<\/p>\n
