They urged the justices to leave in place a ruling issued by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-11-18\/texas-redistricting-shot-down-weakening-path-to-gop-gains\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"media-ui-Link_link-tVkXhPLPofs-\" data-component=\"link\">federal court<\/a> panel in Texas prohibiting use of the new maps.
