Taco210Mexico<\/a> opened on Oct. 2 at 14357 Blanco Road, inside the Cadillac Plaza shopping strip.<\/p>\n Co-owner Alejandro Vazquez said he wanted to open a relaxed, family-friendly restaurant for residents in the local community to enjoy.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re here for service and a good place to eat,\u201d Vazquez said.<\/p>\n Prior to Taco210Mexico, Vazquez said he owned a business in Puerto Rico, where he grew up.<\/p>\n “It’s been a whole different experience here,” Vazquez said.<\/p>\n On the menu<\/p>\n According to an Instagram post from Vazquez, the food options are inspired by both authentic North Mexican cuisine and various Tex-Mex items.<\/p>\n Menu<\/a> highlights include street tacos, fajitas, tortas, flautas and more Tex-Mex eats.<\/p>\n There are also customizable taco bowls and a full dessert selection ranging from flan to arroz con dulce.<\/p>\n Opened Oct. 214357 Blanco Road, San AntonioInstagram: Taco210Mexico<\/a><\/p>\n “><\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t
