During the press conference<\/a>, Leftwich noted that there\u2019s no real reason for the Red Raiders to drastically alter the way they operate on offense for this particular game unless the weather gets extremely weird or weirdly extreme.<\/p>\n\u201cI think if you\u2019re in like the extremes, like it\u2019s really raining or it\u2019s you know, really snowing hard or something like that, or you know, super heavy winds, maybe it\u2019d change you,\u201d Leftwich noted. \u201cBut if you\u2019re just kind of a normal, maybe gloomy day, not necessarily much will change probably.\u201d<\/p>\n
And that\u2019s fair and also for good reason! The Red Raiders are thriving on offense and there\u2019s not much that should change unless it absolutely has to.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe kind of have a pretty good formula right now, winning football, trying to establish the run and protect the football, and we\u2019ll continue to do that,\u201d Leftwich continued.<\/p>\n
Which makes sense. Don\u2019t change unless you absolutely have to. And this is coming from a guy who does happen to be pretty familiar with what the weather up in that part of the world can look like.<\/p>\n
