From there, the night rolls on (literally) with Siberian caviar and an Alaskan king crab roll wrapped in soy paper, elevated by a Grand Cru Chablis.<\/p>\n<p>When Caviar Meets Kobe<\/p>\n<p>Midway through, the indulgence deepens. The amber oscietra caviar course pairs perfectly with torched kagoshima A5 tartare and pommes pav\u00e9, a dish that practically defines decadence. Then comes beluga hybrid caviar alongside kobe beef and bluefin tuna, washed down with Madame Zero\u2019s Extra Aged Ros\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>For the penultimate course, pure beluga caviar graces a scallop dish crowned with beurre blanc foam. Dessert?
