{"id":71961,"date":"2025-12-01T21:17:21","date_gmt":"2025-12-01T21:17:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/71961\/"},"modified":"2025-12-01T21:17:21","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T21:17:21","slug":"2025-college-football-bowl-projections-for-asu-arizona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/71961\/","title":{"rendered":"2025 College football bowl projections for ASU, Arizona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Arizona Wildcats\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/arizonasports.com\/ncaa\/arizona-state-football\/territorial-cup-asu-eliminated-big-12\/3603978\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">23-7<\/a> win over the Arizona State Sun Devils in the Territorial Cup knocked ASU out of contention to repeat as Big 12 champions.<\/p>\n<p>However, the 9-3 Wildcats and 8-4 Sun Devils are both eligible for bowl games.<\/p>\n<p>The last time both schools won at least six regular season games was in 2017, when Arizona lost in the Foster Farms Bowl and ASU fell in the Sun Bowl.<\/p>\n<p>This will be the final year that Arizona State and Arizona will have Pac-12 Bowl assignments. Their possible bowl games will be switched to Big 12 assignments starting next season.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of the Alamo Bowl, all potential assignments will be new next season.
