LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock County Commissioner Jason Corley officially announced his candidacy for Texas\u2019 19th Congressional District Seat. <\/p>\n
Corley launched an exploratory committee last month<\/a> to gauge public support to run for Congress. <\/p>\n \u201cI was surprised and humbled by the number of calls and messages from friends, supporters, and members of the media encouraging me to run,\u201d Corley said.<\/p>\n Lubbock Congressman Jodey Arrington announced he will not seek reelection<\/a> for this seat after nearly a decade in office. <\/p>\n Tom Sell<\/a>, Abraham Enriquez<\/a> and Kyle Rable have all announced plans to run for the District 19 seat.<\/p>\n Copyright 2025 KCBD.
