Brett Flagg, of Frisco, Texas, has been reappointed to the Texas Mutual Insurance Company board of directors by Gov. Greg Abbott. His board term for Texas Mutual\u2014a policyholder-owned company and the state\u2019s leading provider of workers\u2019 compensation insurance\u2014is set to expire on July 1, 2031.<\/p>\n
Flagg is an attorney and owner of Flagg Law Group, PC. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Flagg has been a practicing attorney in Texas for more than 35 years. His practice focuses on estate planning, asset protection, probate and general business counsel for high net-worth entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n
Texas Mutual\u2019s board members represent a diverse mix of Texas industries and regions. The Governor, with the advice and consent of the Texas Senate, appoints five of the nine directors, including the chair. Policyholders elect the other four directors.<\/p>\n
