The SUV then flipped onto its side, blocking the left lane, the caller said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Both drivers were taken to a hospital to be treated for minor injuries, authorities said. The driver accused of going the wrong way was arrested.
