An LPD SWAT and Negotiator callout was initiated at 7:17 p.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officers remain on the scene and in communication with the male. This event is isolated to one residence and there is no threat to the surrounding area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">We will provide an update as soon as we are able.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 KCBD.
