Breakfast items, including omelettes, crepes and waffles, are served all day. The drink menu features fruit margaritas, desert cocktails, cervezas, tequilas and mezcales.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s in a name?<\/p>\n<p>Barrera said he chose the name of the restaurant as a tribute to his mother, Josefina Barrera Rodriquez, who was a single mother to four sons.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[She] raised her children&#8230;with strong values and unshakeable faith.
