Ortiz Construction &amp; Paving, Inc., to reconstruct East Surfside Boulevard from Breakwater Avenue to Elm Street in North Beach.<\/p>\n<p>City officials say the project includes utility and drainage upgrades, new asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, ADA-compliant ramps, enhanced street lighting, and a conversion of one-way traffic to two-way between Breakwater Ave. and Coastal Ave.<\/p>\n<p>Funded through the Street Bond 2022 and other city utility funds, the project aims to enhance traffic flow, safety, and accessibility.
