{"id":83299,"date":"2025-12-10T17:05:07","date_gmt":"2025-12-10T17:05:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/83299\/"},"modified":"2025-12-10T17:05:07","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T17:05:07","slug":"urban-egg-opens-location-at-preston-towne-crossing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/83299\/","title":{"rendered":"Urban Egg opens location at Preston Towne Crossing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The breakfast-oriented eatery will open on Dec. 15 at 7 a.m. The first 20 dine-in seated tables Dec. 15-17 will receive a free mug and coffee for a year. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Scratch breakfast eatery <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urbanegg.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Urban Egg<\/a> is opening on Dec. 15 in <a href=\"https:\/\/planomagazine.com\/pizza-for-brunch-kennys\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Preston Towne Crossing<\/a>, marking the second Texas location for the Colorado-based chain.<\/p>\n<p>Menu highlights include Billion $$$ Bourbon Bacon, chicken and waffle benedict, house-made cinnamon rolls, gourmet pancakes and creative egg dishes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPlano is the perfect home for our second location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area,\u201d said Mark Augarten, Urban Egg CEO. \u201cWe\u2019re building something bigger than breakfast or lunch; we are creating gathering places where fresh, locally sourced food meets genuine hospitality. The Plano community values quality and connection, and we\u2019re here to deliver both. That\u2019s what we\u2019re bringing to Plano: scratch-made food, local ingredients and a table where everyone is welcome.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urban Egg is located at 2408 Preston Road.
