What To Know About Portillo’s Construction In Lubbock<\/p>\n

The new Portillo\u2019s <\/a>in Lubbock will be located in the Canyon West shopping center, the massively popular retail and dining hub near the Marsha Sharp Freeway \/ Milwaukee Avenue corridor.<\/p>\n

The planned building is ~6,250 square feet, following the brand\u2019s newer \u201cRestaurant of the Future\u201d design. That means a more streamlined layout, with indoor\/outdoor seating and efficient service.<\/p>\n

For convenience, Portillo\u2019s is building two drive-thru lanes, \u201cPick Up\u201d shelves for online or pickup orders, and a \u201cGrab & Go\u201d retail-style area for quick orders \u2014 ideal for takeout, late-night runs, or on-the-go meals.<\/p>\n
