This list is not comprehensive.<\/p>\n<p>Now open<\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/round-rock\/dining\/2025\/12\/08\/nikala-georgian-eastern-european-restaurant-now-serving-traditional-cuisine-in-round-rock\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nikala Georgian &amp; Eastern European Restaurant<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The restaurant serves a variety of Georgian cuisine, with appetizers such as eggplant rolls, deep fried cheese grits or pkhali, which is a traditional Georgian appetizer made with a combination of spinach, beets and bell peppers.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"A French-American restaurant is helmed by Guy and Larry Restaurants along with chef and proprietor Harold Marmulstein. Highlights of the menu at Restaurant Fran\u00e7ois include seafood such as the Maine Lobster Thermidor, crudos, dry-aged steaks and dishes such as the Boneless Wagyu Short Ribs Bourguignon and Stuffed Lamb Saddle en Croute.<\/p>\n<p>3. <a href=\"http:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/bastrop-cedar-creek\/dining\/2025\/12\/04\/tropical-smoothie-cafe-brings-freshly-blended-drinks-to-bastrop\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tropical Smoothie Cafe<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bastrop residents can now grab a freshly blended drink at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, which opened its doors in the Burleson Crossing shopping center in late November, joining other recently opened eateries, including Volcano Sushi and Ramen, Jeremiah\u2019s Italian Ice, Chipotle and Smokey Mo&#8217;s BBQ.<\/p>\n<p>Coming soon<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"The to-go wings spot, opening in early 2026, will allow customers to order delivery or pickup takeout orders. (Courtesy Buffalo Wild Wings)4. <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/north-central-austin\/dining\/2025\/12\/08\/buffalo-wild-wings-go-takeout-spot-to-open-near-mueller-in-north-austin\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Buffalo Wild Wings Go<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Customers can submit takeout and delivery orders through the Buffalo Wild Wings app or website, calling or visiting the store, or using a third-party delivery app like Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub. The to-go restaurant allows customers to pick up their meals using a locker system. The restaurant serves different types of wings, crispy chicken dippers, burgers, sandwiches and appetizers.<\/p>\n<p>5. <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/georgetown\/dining\/2025\/12\/05\/haji-moto-ramen-sake-bar-plans-mid-december-opening-in-georgetown\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Haji Moto Ramen &amp; Sake Bar<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Owned by Jerry Thompson and Yusuke Iwai, the local spot will serve up authentic ramen with housemade noodles, chicken karaage and gyoza, according to previous Community Impact reporting. Customers can also enjoy Japanese cocktails, sake and whiskey.<\/p>\n<p>6. <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/round-rock\/dining\/2025\/12\/05\/toasted-yolk-to-open-round-rock-location\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Toasted Yolk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Toasted Yolk will open a location in Round Rock, a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows.
