The agent then offered a 15-year-old girl for the act, and Rowland reportedly agreed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He was indicted and charged with solicitation of prostitution with a person under 18.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 KCBD.
