Streaming giant Netflix has opened its second Netflix House<\/a> venue at the Galleria Dallas shopping mall in Texas.<\/p>\n

The 100,000-square-foot entertainment destination is designed to immerse guests in their favourite Netflix brands, from Stranger Things<\/a> to Bridgerton.<\/p>\n

Visitors enter through the mall on the second floor, or from the mall parking lot via the iconic Red Envelope entrance, a nod to Netflix’s DVD-by-mail origins.<\/p>\n

The entrance opens into an atrium offering larger-than-life art installations and photo opportunities inspired by popular characters and stories.<\/p>\n

Netflix House is free to enter and explore, and includes the Netflix Bites restaurant and Netflix shop.<\/p>\n

As for the attraction’s ticketed offerings, feature experiences are Stranger Things: Escape the Dark and Squid Game: Survive the Trials. Both start at $39.<\/p>\n

Netflix RePLAY is a game room featuring physical challenges, immersive<\/a> story rooms, and retro-style games. Tickets start at $10.<\/p>\n

“Dallas is the perfect place for Netflix House. Everything is bigger in Texas, and that includes its fandom,” said Marian Lee, Netflix’s chief marketing officer. <\/p>\n

“We are thrilled to bring our stories to life in this neighborhood and become part of the community as the local place for in-person entertainment. <\/p>\n

“Our team has taken a lot of thought and care to ensure that Netflix House Dallas offers something for everyone \u2013 whether they have 30 minutes or 3 hours, we welcome locals and out-of-town fans to come explore what’s inside and discover something new each time they come back.”<\/p>\n

The first Netflix House location opened last month<\/a> at King of Prussia in Philadelphia, with a third venue planned for Las Vegas in 2027.<\/p>\n

In more news, Netflix has struck a $72bn (\u00a354bn) deal<\/a> to acquire Warner Bros.’ film and TV studios, although Paramount has since submitted a rival bid<\/a>.<\/p>\n
