shooting during a suspected drug deal in Burleson that left a 17-year-old boy dead<\/a>, police said.\u00a0<\/p>\nPolice said Wyatt Lynn Jacobs, of Burleson, was arrested within hours of the shooting and charged with capital murder with robbery and aggravated robbery; Joel Fabian Garcia, of Fort Worth, was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and murder; Julio Adan Duarte, of Burleson, was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and murder; and Gustavo Gil Jr., of Alvarado, was arrested Dec. 11, and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.<\/p>\n
All four suspects are being held at the Johnson County Jail.<\/p>\n
Officers were called to respond to the shooting in the parking lot at Bailey Lake around 11:30 p.m. Dec. 7 and found an unresponsive 17-year-old boy, later identified as Keighan Crist, in the driver seat of a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds, police said. Crist was taken to a local hospital by fire crews, and later pronounced dead, officials said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Another 17-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to the leg was also taken to a local hospital for treatment, according to police. After further investigation, including an interview with the surviving victim, investigators determined the shooting appears to have happened during a drug deal involving three suspects, according to a press release.\u00a0<\/p>\n
