Jordan Magnet School<\/a> is housed at Jordan Middle School, where 162 sixth-grade students are part of the inaugural class. Returning to her former campus, Paredez was struck by the blend of tradition and innovation. While the original school building still reflects the familiar Jaguar pride, the new expansion is infused with creativity, energy, and cutting-edge technology.<\/p>\n
During her visit, Paredez led a session on media literacy, teaching students how to verify sources and fact-check stories\u2014key skills in journalism and everyday life. Students eagerly engaged with the lesson, and by the end, several were confidently delivering mock live reports in front of the camera.<\/p>\n
Northside ISD\u2019s newest magnet campus is part of the district\u2019s continued investment in future-ready learning.
