Who Can Enter<\/p>\n
Entrants must be legal Texas residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have lawful access to the method(s) of entry set forth in these rules.Employees of Fox Television Stations, LLC, owner of television station KRIV (“Sponsor”) and “Radiant Nature” at the Houston Botanic Garden, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and stepchildren.\u00a0The term “household members” refers to people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year. Participation constitutes entrant\u2019s full and unconditional agreement to these Giveaway Rules and Sponsor\u2019s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. The approximate retail value the prize is one hundred fourteen dollars ($114.00) fo the tickets and fifteen dollars ($15.00) for the parking pass. Prize provided by The Houston Botanic Garden. Should the winner(s) be unable to attend anytime during the “Radiant Nature” exhibit from November 14, 2025 through February 22, 2026 for any reason, no substitution of prize will be provided and the winner will forfeit the prize.\u00a0 The tickets may not be transferred and\/or sold for any reason. Tickets are good for one day\u2019s use (all four (4) must be used on the same day) of the winner\u2019s choosing, for any day of the “Radiant Nature” exhibit.The winner(s) will be notified by email on or about Friday December 19, 2025.\u00a0Winner(s) must respond to prize notification, complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release, \u00a0and claim the prize, all in the\u00a0manner and within the time period communicated by Sponsor\u00a0 or they will be disqualified.\u00a0If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond to prize notification, or does not return the signed and completed Certification of Eligibility and Release and claim the prize within the designated time period, Sponsor will select an alternate winner if, in the Sponsor\u2019s reasonable discretion, time permits.
