SenderraRx, a Dallas-based specialty pharmacy focused on patients with complex and chronic conditions, has received a growth investment from Nautic Partners.
SenderraRx\u2019s management team will retain a significant ownership stake and continue to lead the company, the company said in an announcement. Financial terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n

The investment comes as SenderraRx continues to scale nationally amid rising demand for specialty therapies that require high-touch patient support.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2010, SenderraRx has built its business around therapies for patients with complex and chronic conditions, including dermatology, rheumatology, and oncology. Specialty pharmacies typically manage medications that require careful coordination, monitoring, and patient education.<\/p>\n

The company has posted rapid growth in recent years, landing on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list for the second consecutive year after reporting more than 60% annual revenue growth over a three-year period. SenderraRx crossed a $1 billion revenue milestone<\/a> in 2021 and has expanded its national footprint, including the opening of a new distribution center in Plano in 2023, according to a prior company announcement.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The company said the partnership with Nautic will support continued investment in patient services, technology, and operational scale across the U.S.<\/p>\n

Howard said the partnership aligns with the company\u2019s mission to deliver personalized, patient-centered care. \u201cTogether, we\u2019re poised to make an even greater impact in the lives of those we serve,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Nautic, a middle-market private equity firm focused on healthcare and related industries, said SenderraRx\u2019s patient-first model and clinical relationships were key factors in the investment.
\u201cSenderraRx exemplifies the patient-first approach that we believe defines the future of specialty pharmacy,\u201d said Keith Farrow, a managing director at Nautic. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to support Will and the team as they continue to innovate and grow.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joe Anderson, a principal at Nautic, pointed to the company\u2019s network of clinical and pharmaceutical partners. \u201cWe have been impressed with the depth of SenderraRx\u2019s relationships with leading clinicians and pharmaceutical partners,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n

Cantor Fitzgerald served as financial advisor and Bass, Berry & Sims served as legal advisor to SenderraRx. McDermott, Will & Schutte served as legal advisor to Nautic.<\/p>\n
