Austin, Texas– Best Dish Yet! Sierra Waggoner sinks her teeth into some serious BBQ at Stubb\u2019s Bar-B-Q<\/a>, where she\u2019s on a mission to find the perfect food pairing for a cold, refreshing, non-alcoholic K\u00f6lsch from Best Day Brewing<\/a> \u2014 and let\u2019s just say, it might be your Best Day yet!<\/a><\/p>\n

She\u2019s joined by Ryan Garrett, the longtime General Manager who\u2019s been with Stubb\u2019s for 25 years, working nearly every job from the kitchen to the front of house.<\/p>\n

If you haven\u2019t made your way downtown lately, now\u2019s the time. Stubb\u2019s, born in Lubbock and now the heart and soul of Austin, is known for legendary live music, weekend Gospel Brunch, and of course, Texas-style BBQ done right!<\/p>\n

Before sitting down to eat, Sierra got a peek behind the scenes to see the delicious brisket-making process \u2014 slow-smoked and packed with flavor. As Ryan puts it, \u201cYou ain\u2019t worth your salt in Texas if your brisket\u2019s no good.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thankfully, Stubb\u2019s brisket is more than good \u2014 it\u2019s next-level delicious.<\/p>\n

Everything is house-made, from the creamy slaw and classic potato salad, to the zesty, serrano cheese pepper spinach (Sierra\u2019s personal favorite, besides the brisket, of course). And no meal is complete without their rich, slow-simmered pinto beans.<\/p>\n

To wash it all down? Sierra found the perfect pairing in Best Day Brewing\u2019s K\u00f6lsch. <\/a>It\u2019s light, crisp, and easy-drinking, with a toasty malt character and a clean finish that pairs beautifully with bold, smoky BBQ. <\/p>\n
