The 2026 Syndicate Smokedown & Music Festival is a nonprofit music festival and BBQ competition that blends nationally recognized artists, award-winning pitmasters, and a mission-driven commitment to supporting Texas youth in agriculture.<\/p>\n
Music performers will include Whiskey Myers, Randy Rogers Band, Amanda Shires, Jason Scott and The High Heat, Ellis Bullard, The Broken Spokes, and Weldon Henson.<\/p>\n
The event\u2019s signature BBQ competition – open to both professional pitmasters and amateur backyard teams – features a $20,000+ purse, making it one of the richest one-day BBQ competitions in the Lone Star State.<\/p>\n
Attendees who purchase the BBQ Time ticket package receive complimentary, unlimited BBQ samples from participating pitmasters between 12-4 pm, while supplies last.
