A pathway to independence: Comal ISD breaks ground on new campus for special education students<\/a><\/p>\n Comal ISD officials broke ground on a new campus for the district\u2019s Life Bridges Transition Program on Sept. 2.<\/p>\n Life Bridges is a specialized educational initiative that provides young adults ages 18-22 with opportunities to learn daily living skills and gain more independence, said Chief Operations Officer Mark Stahl. Participants are referred to as \u201cteam members\u201d to emphasize empowerment and community integration. It would add $100 million of appraised value to the site, according to a Sept. 30 New Braunfels Economic Development Corporation, or NBEDC, presentation.<\/p>\n Read more.<\/a><\/p>\n $12M commercial development underway in New Braunfels<\/a><\/p>\n A new, $12 million commercial development called Corridor Commercial Center is making progress at 6420 FM 1102 in New Braunfels.<\/p>\n Project details<\/p>\n The center is being developed by Corridor Industrial Group and constructed by Elm Constructors. Corridor Commercial Center will have 12 buildings across 100,000 square feet.
