{"id":90880,"date":"2025-12-17T03:08:12","date_gmt":"2025-12-17T03:08:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/90880\/"},"modified":"2025-12-17T03:08:12","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T03:08:12","slug":"dallas-man-gets-57-months-in-federal-prison-for-north-texas-atm-theft-spree-prosecutors-say","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/90880\/","title":{"rendered":"Dallas man gets 57 months in federal prison for North Texas ATM\u2011theft spree, prosecutors say"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/texas\/tag\/dallas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">Dallas<\/a> man has been sentenced to 57 months in federal prison for taking part in a 2023 ATM\u2011theft ring that hit convenience stores across <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/texas\/tag\/north-texas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">North Texas<\/a>, federal prosecutors said.<\/p>\n<p>Dominique Marquis Childress, 29, confessed to joining the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/texas\/tag\/crime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">ATM\u2011theft spree<\/a>, which ran from May 16 through June 1, 2023, and later pleaded guilty before sentencing, according to Jay R. Combs, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Texas.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Judge Sean D.
