ARLINGTON, TEXAS – Two teams are making its debut in a University Interscholastic League football championship game.<\/p>\n
Wednesday night, either Hamilton or Joaquin will be claiming its first-ever state title. The Bulldogs of Hamilton take on the Rams of Joaquin for the UIL 2A Division I championship at AT&T Stadium.<\/p>\n

The Bulldogs come into Wednesday\u2019s title game riding a 10-game winning streak.<\/p>\n In the postseason, they started with a 42-20 win against Tioga in the bi-district round. They have scored 29 points or less in the next four games, but have continued to find a way to win, including last week\u2019s 28-12 semifinal win against Stinnett West Texas.<\/p>\n Also making its first trip to \u201cJerry World\u201d is Joaquin. The Rams finished the regular season 6-4, but have turned things up a notch in the playoffs.<\/p>\n Joaquin has scored at least 35 points in all five playoff wins, including 74 in a regional semifinal win against Elysian Fields.
