This distinguished honor is recognized as a significant accolade within the higher-education public safety community across Texas.<\/p>\n
The award, which is decided by the TACUPA Awards and Scholarship Committee, recognizes administrators who have demonstrated exceptional service, innovation, and commitment to the highest standards of professional public safety in a college or university setting.<\/p>\n

The award formally acknowledges Chief Jenkins\u2019 leadership and outstanding administrative contributions to the Collin College Police Department and the broader field of campus security. Chief Jenkins was officially recognized and presented with the award at the TACUPA annual conference, which took place in Fredericksburg this month.<\/p>\n
