The 12-story, 217-room boutique hotel will be the first Miyako Hotels &amp; Resorts property in Texas and only the third in the United States. The other locations are in Los Angeles and Torrance, Calif.<\/p>\n<p>First Miyako Hotels &amp; Resorts Property in North Texas<\/p>\n<p>Projected to open fall 2027, it is located within The Park at Legacy development in Plano\u2019s thriving business and entertainment district, home to major corporate campuses including Toyota Motor North America and 40 Japanese companies.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel seeks to bring \u201cJapanese elegance and premier service\u201d to the North Texas region, according to a news release.
