AUSTIN, Texas \u2014 NBA great and Longhorn legend Kevin Durant is entering the hospitality business with a new dining concept in the capital city.<\/p>\n

The restaurant, dubbed Austin Sports Club, is a collaboration between Durant and Rich Kleinman\u2019s Boardroom Hospitality, Lobos Hospitality (known for popular spots like Toasty Badger on South Congress, and Manny\u2019s and The Powder Room downtown) and Airbnb co-founder Joe Gebbia, the San Antonio Express-News reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Austin Sports Club is slated to be located downtown at 205 East Third St. across the street from J-Prime Steakhouse.<\/p>\n

According to a description on Lobos Hospitality\u2019s website<\/a>, ASC\u2019s culinary identity is \u201crooted in elevated comfort, global influence, bold flavors, and sports-driven storytelling.\u201d The group describes it as a blend of luxury dining and immersive sports culture.<\/p>\n

While the menu is still in development, applications are open<\/a> for the positions of bar manager, sous chef and executive sous chef.<\/p>\n
