FOX 26 was at the Baytown Jail when Matthews was transferred to the Harris County Jail on Friday.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">BAYTOWN, Texas &#8211; The Goose Creek CISD Sterling High School <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox26houston.com\/news\/baytown-sterling-high-school-fight-updates-goose-creek-cisd-superintendent\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">student facing a murder charge <\/a>after another student\u2019s death was transferred to the Harris County Jail on Friday morning.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">FOX 26 was there as Aundre Matthews, 18, was led out of the Baytown Jail and into the back of a patrol car to be taken to the county jail.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/matthews-aundre.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>   Deadly High School fight <\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"KRIV\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">What we know:<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">According to Goose Creek CISD, two students were involved in a fight at Sterling High School on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">One of the students was flown to a hospital for treatment, but Goose Creek ISD later confirmed the student&#8217;s death.
