Texas Tech has not allowed more than 17 points in a game yet. While the Devils might exceed that amount, they won\u2019t be able to keep up with the Red Raiders offense.<\/p>\n

Texas Tech will get the win, but PASS on the moneyline, as you get much better value with the spread.<\/p>\n
