HOUSTON, Texas \u2013 A driver is dead after police say she lost control of her vehicle, crashing into a building in the Heights on Tuesday morning. <\/p>\n
Officers with the Houston Police Department responded to reports of a crash in the 1600 block of Durham Drive around 1 a.m. <\/p>\n
When officers arrived, they found the woman, who was the only occupant inside the vehicle, dead. <\/p>\n
Investigators say the woman was traveling southbound on Durham Drive when she lost control of her vehicle, leaving the roadway, hitting a curb, and then crashing into the corner of the building. <\/p>\n
Investigators are working to determine how the woman lost control of the vehicle. <\/p>\n
