Using these guidelines, NEISD defined the \u201cschool day\u201d as instructional class time and only requires students to turn off and store their personal devices in class. TEA could not release the ratings sooner due to a lawsuit involving more than 50 districts, including North East ISD, Northside ISD and San Antonio ISD.
