From a high to a low, TJ Moore suffered a devastating leg injury shortly after he had one of his best moments in the Giants’ preseason win over the Patriots on Thursday.

Minutes after Moore intercepted a pass and ran it back for a 44-yard touchdown, he had to be carted off the field during the final minutes of the game after his leg appeared to twist awkwardly as he was running during a play.

He appeared to plant his leg the wrong way and tumbled to the ground, a replay of the play appeared to show, and he grabbed at his right leg.

The entire Giants sideline came out onto the field to support Moore before he was loaded onto the cart with his right leg immobilized and taken to the Giants’ locker room.

“Wasn’t good,” head coach Brian Daboll said postgame. “Feel for that young man.”

Quarterbacks Russell Wilson, Jaxson Dart and Jameis Winston helped lift Moore onto the cart, North Jersey’s Art Stapleton reported

Moore was later seen loaded into an ambulance on a stretcher after it pulled into the tunnel near the Giants’ locker room, according to The Post’s Ryan Dunleavy,

It was a tough way or the night to end for Moore, who had produced a strong showing in the Giants’ final preseason game.

Moore had recorded three tackles Thursday, in addition to the interception.
