Paige Bueckers scored 11 points Friday night, but the Dallas Wings dropped their fourth straight game in a 95-60 blowout loss to the Skylar Diggins and the Seattle Storm at home.

Bueckers also added two rebounds and one steal in what was a quiet game for the rookie. Maddy Siegrist led the Wings with 12 points and five rebounds, while Haley Jones grabbed 10 boards. Dallas fell to 9-28 on the season.

The Wings were eliminated from playoff contention Wednesday after an 81-80 loss to the Los Angeles Sparks. Kelsey Plum hit a buzzer-beating shot to seal the win and end Dallas’ postseason hopes.

Bueckers had a standout performance in that game, scoring a career-high 44 points — the most in the WNBA this season and tied for 10th most all-time in league history.

Diggins did it all for the Storm, finishing with six points, three rebounds and five assists. Dominique Malonga added 22 points and nine rebounds. With the victory, Seattle improved to 19-18 and moved into seventh place in the WNBA standings, jumping ahead of the Golden State Valkyries.

Grace Berger opened the scoring for the Wings with a layup just over a minute into the game, followed by a bucket from Siegrist as Dallas jumped out to a quick 5-0 lead. But the rest of the quarter belonged to the Storm, who outscored the Wings 28-16. Bueckers finished the opening 10 minutes with eight points.

The second quarter was sloppy on both ends, with limited offensive rhythm. Siegrist paced the Wings with eight points in the period, while Bueckers was limited to just three points, all from the free-throw line.

At halftime, Bueckers led Dallas with 11 points. Siegrist added 10 points and five rebounds, while Haley Jones pulled down five boards. Dominique Malonga led Seattle with 23 points, and Skylar Diggins chipped in six as the Storm took a 48-34 lead into the break.

The Wings didn’t score until the 6:48 mark of the third quarter, as Siegrist continued to carry the offense and helped prevent the Storm from breaking open a 20 point lead. However, just 11 points in the quarter weren’t enough for Dallas, which trailed 67-45 heading into the fourth.

Bueckers was pulled at the end of the third quarter and did not return, as the game slipped further out of reach for the Wings. Dallas was outscored 28-15 in the fourth and fell to the Storm in blowout fashion.

The Wings will look to bounce back Sunday when they host the Golden State Valkyries.
