They also shared that Aniston is “so used to going 100 miles an hour while balancing projects,” but that Curtis has “helped her turn inwards and slow down a bit.”

The author has also encouraged her to “really appreciate and feel proud of everything she’s built.”

“She can be very hard on herself…He supports her in a way that feels new,” the source added.

It may be “early” for Aniston and Curtis, who’ve only been dating for a few months, but “it’s really positive” so far.

“He feels very safe for her,” People’s source concluded.

Last month, Curtis appeared to reference his new romance in a newsletter obtained by Page Six.

The hypnotist said he was surrounded by “love and joy” following a Spanish vacation with the Morning Show actress.

“I am back from vacation and what an experience!” he wrote, per Page Six. “When I was sick, sad, stuck and in pain, I never thought I would have the abundance, joy and love I now experience on a daily basis.”

“I just took one step, made one decision and the next followed—now I look back and realize, oh!” the life coach added. “That course, that life change, that pain, resulted in this magic.”

Curtis ended on a hopeful note: “The same life that brings struggle also brings opportunity. The possibility of something better—more aligned, more free, more meaningful—is always here.”
