Benny Blanco is under scrutiny as fans believe he “flaunted his wealth” after his latest supermarket run.
The 37-year-old music producer took to TikTok on Friday to show off his “expensive blueberries.”
While taking a break from wedding planning, he marveled at the pricey fruit that was individually packaged in a sleek black box. He started, “These blueberries they just sent me are the biggest things I’ve seen in the world. Watch.”
“This is insane,” he said as he stood there amazed.
After tasting it, he continued to gush over the snack, saying, “Oh my god. It’s like a f–king meal.”
He went on to question, “Can you guys even see the scale of this?” as he continue to reiterate, “They are f–king huge. They are delicious.”
Afterwards, he admitted, “I think the boxes are like $200. That’s crazy.”
As he continued to relish in the blueberries’ taste, fans ran to the comment section to bash him over “flaunting” his wealth.
“Sir, we’re not rich enough to relate to this,” he said.
Another wrote, “Sir this is rich people stuff… its not related to us simple folk who have to count change to buy groceries.”
A third added, “$200?!!! Here I gasped at $7.06 for my Cotton Candy grapes last week.”
A fourth chimed in, “I’m pretty sure even if I had an extra $200 laying around right now that blueberries wouldn’t even make the top 100 list of things I’d buy….”

Benny’s post comes just weeks before his rumored wedding date to Selena Gomez.
An insider previously told the Daily Mail that the couple’s nuptials will take place in September at a venue in Montecito, Calif. The ceremony is strictly for close friends and family.
When the plans were “leaked” a month ago, the couple still had some minor details to sort out for the big day.
“As for food, venue, who to have there, music choices – that is pretty much locked down,” they said.
The couple was allegedly “procrastinating” on the specifics, like the seating chart and designated speeches.
“Everything is there, the plan just has to be put in motion,” the insider concluded. “A lot of last-minute confirmations have to be made, so some stuff might go down to the wire, but they are all confident it will go off without a hitch.”
Blanco has been dating Selena since December 2023.
Before exploring a romantic connection, the two worked with each other on several hit singles, including Same Old Love, Kill Em with Kindness, and Single Soon, which was released a couple of months before the actress confirmed their relationship on her Instagram.
