Another cool day ahead with high temperatures ranging 5-10 degrees below normal for late August! In addition to the cool temperatures, isolated lake enhanced rain showers and wind gusts 20-25mph will make it feel even cooler. All thanks to the cold front that swept through Sunday bringing widespread severe thunderstorms to the region. Now steady cool northwesterly winds are gathering moisture off the Great Lakes and sending it to central New York.
