An employee was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday following an incident at a food distribution warehouse in Allegheny County. A spokesperson from the Department of Labor confirmed to Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 that OSHA is investigating an incident that occurred at the Gordon Food Service Distribution Center in Findlay Township. The Findlay Township police chief later said the worker was injured after multiple pallets fell on top of them. The extent of their injuries has not been released.
