The New England Patriots made a host of roster cuts Tuesday to shrink their roster to 53 players by 4 p.m. ET.

But their most notable moves were the ones they didn’t make.

The Patriots opted to keep eight wide receivers on their initial 53-man roster, as veteran Kendrick Bourne, second-year wideout Javon Baker and undrafted rookie Efton Chism III all made the team. Veteran safety Kyle Dugger and linebacker Anfernee Jennings both survived roster cuts and trade speculation to stay on the squad as well.

There’s likely another shoe to drop soon, as players could be placed on injured reserve or released after Tuesday’s deadline. But for now, here’s a recap of an eventful day of transactions (and non-transactions) in New England:
