Patrick Brown: I suspect we’ll see the 2024 version of Georgia this season rather than the 42-2 juggernaut from 2021, 2022, and 2023. And yes, this game is at Neyland. But I’ve got to see Tennessee surpass 17 points against the Bulldogs before I predict a win. Loss (2-1, 0-1 SEC)
Ryan Callahan: The Vols gave Georgia a better game last year in Athens, but I still don’t think they’re ready to get a win in this series. Unless Tennessee’s offense is better than expected early, I can’t see the Vols scoring enough to pull off the upset. Loss (2-1, 0-1 SEC)
Ben McKee: I am concerned about Tennessee’s passing game heading into the season. This is the first game I believe we’ll see that particular unit limit the offense. UT’s defense will need to win this game, and while I think it is capable of doing so inside of Neyland, Georgia’s depth and talent across the board will be the difference. Loss (2-1, 0-1 SEC)
