NORTON — Three Massachusetts natives will play in the second annual FM Championship at TPC Boston this week.

Rockland’s Megan Khang, Westborough’s Alexa Pano and Shrewsbury’s Brittany Altomare will all be teeing off on Thursday.

Khang, an FM ambassador, finished 35th in last year’s tournament, while Pano missed the cut after Round 2.

Altomare didn’t compete in 2024 after giving birth to her son, Wyatt, in March.

“I was sad to miss the first year last year, but I’m really excited to play this year and to see a bunch of family and friends and to play in front of a home crowd,” she told Golf Week. “So it should be fun.”

For Khang, she’s looking forward to returning to her home state, but is hopeful to have a better tournament than in 2024 when she finished 35th.

“I think the first season was the scariest. You never know what to expect,” Khang told MassLive. “I hope to do well, hope. to raise the trophy at the end of the week.”

The FM Championship will run from Aug. 28-31 with a purse of $4.1 million, up from $3.8 million in 2024.
