Katie Johnson, originally from Perham, Minnesota, joined the Valley Wealth Advisors team in 2025 as the
Marketing Director based in the Downtown Fargo office. She graduated from Valley City State University this
past May with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a minor in marketing, and certificates in Digital Marketing, Professional Sales, and Sports Marketing. While at VCSU, Katie also played on the Women’s Basketball Team and served as a Student Athlete Advisory Committee representative.
Outside of work, Katie loves watching Twins games at Target Field, cooking, and spending sunny days at the lake with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling whenever she gets the chance, always looking for new places to explore and experiences to enjoy.
In her role, Katie is responsible for managing the firm’s social media presence, organizing marketing campaigns and client events, and overseeing brand consistency across all locations. Whether coordinating a client appreciation event or designing promotional materials, she helps ensure the firm’s marketing reflects its values and connects meaningfully with clients and the community.
