The reigning CAA champions Rhode Island Rams are starting their 2025 season against the Campbell Camels. Looking to get into the win column early, the game will kick off at 6 p.m. ET from Meade Stadium in Kingston, Rhode Island. 

Armed with a strong group of returners, the Rams are looking to use their second-round playoff loss as motivation and have an even better year in 2025. With quarterback Devin Ferrel and wide receiver Marquis Buchanan, the offense has two of its best weapons returning. AJ Pena, a linebacker who was an All-American as a junior, was picked to win CAA Defensive Player of the year and was named Preseason Defensive Player of the Year.

Offensive lineman Brock Bethea, Buchanan and Pena have all been named Preseason All-Americans.

Tonight, the Camels are the only thing standing in the way of Rhode Island starting the season 1-0 and following up on their CAA title.
