The Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has allotted 50 acres of land for the development of Quantum Valley in the State capital to promote research and development programs of universities, start-ups, and industries, a statement said
The Andhra Pradesh Government has issued orders accepting IBM’s proposals to install a Quantum computer at the Amaravati Quantum Computing Centre.
The US-based company proposed setting up a 133-qubit computer in Amaravati, occupying a 2,000 sq ft area with advanced facilities. It also offered 250 hours of free computing time annually for academic and government institutions in the State.
