Fall visits are underway for plenty of the top prospects in the class of 2026, as teams start to get ramped up for the college basketball season ahead.
Mark Pope and his staff are expected to host several top recruits in the coming months, as they look to land their first commitment in the class. With several players expected in the coming weeks, we can now add one player to the guest list for this coming weekend.

According to Jacob Polacheck of KSR, 5-star guard Caleb Holt will make the trip to Lexington this weekend. He was originally scheduled to be on campus next weekend.
Holt, a 6-5 and 200-pound shooting guard from Alabama, plays his high school basketball for Prolific Prep in Fort Lauderdale. Considered a top-ten prospect in the class of 2026, according to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, this is a big visitor for the staff to get on campus.
With that said, this recruitment will not be one for the faint of heart. Many recruiting insiders believe it will be hard to get the five-star guard away from one of his home state schools in either Alabama or Auburn. Add in a recent official visit to Arkansas and John Calipari, and this one has quite a few big names and SEC programs in the mix.
This visit will be a big one for the Cats. Can they firmly cement themselves in the mix as one of the top-tier players in this recruitment? We will wait and see.
