NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr. will be signing autographs at the hotel and casino on Sept. 12. The event is free, but has limited availability.
BRISTOL, Tenn. — Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Bristol is offering fans the opportunity to meet NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr. in person through an autograph session.
According to a release from the hotel and casino, this session will lead up to the Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway, which will take place on Sept. 13, from 7:30 to 11 p.m.
Fans will be able to attend the event in the casino’s marketplace food area beginning at 1 p.m. on Sept. 12. It will be completely free and open to all ages, Hard Rock said. Attendees under 21 are asked to go in through the casino’s studio entry.
Wristbands for the session are first-come, first-served.
“We are thrilled to have Dale here for this autograph session with the fans,” Allie Evangelista, president of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol, said. “The Earnhardt name tops the list of the most famous drivers in NASCAR, and we look forward to welcoming him to Hard Rock.”
Earnhardt’s racing resume includes 50 victories and two consecutive championships in NASCAR’s Busch Series. He won 26 NASCAR Cup races and is one of only 13 drivers to have multiple victories in the sport’s most prestigious race — the Daytona 500, winning in 2004 and 2014, the release said.
He was elected into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2021.
“Earnhardt’s performance both on and off the racetrack earned him an election to the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2021, and his charisma with fans helped propel him to a record 15 consecutive NASCAR Most Popular Driver awards,” the release said.
