Maine State Police are looking for a missing mother and young son, believed to be in the Portland area.Police say Morgan Geyer, 29, and her son, Logan Simard, 4, were last seen around noon on Friday at the McDonald’s on St. John Street.At about 2:35 p.m., state police put out the message that they were looking for the pair, but there was not an Amber Alert.Police told Maine’s Total Coverage that Geyer and Simard are from the Portland area, but not from the city of Portland. Police said they want to confirm the well-being of the mother and son and that there is no danger to the public.Anyone with information should call the Southern Field Troop at 207-624-7076, extension 9.
