Los Angeles and San Diego-based Abramson Architects has joined Perkins&Will. The firm says that the acquisition is aimed at “amplifying our impact on the communities we serve and making lives better at the human and urban scale.”
Abramson has built a portfolio based on an “earnest desire to elevate the human soul, to facilitate connection, and to improve the lives of the people they serve.” Back in 2023, the firm was among the winners at the LA Architectural Awards for their Brick and Machine building.
Perkins&Will, meanwhile, was recently honored at the 2025 AIA Interior Architecture Awards for their WM Headquarters in Houston, TX. The firm’s Damen Green Line Station in Chicago, IL, was also recently among the winners at the 2025 AIA Architecture Awards.
“We admire Abramson Architects’ track record for design leadership, excellence in client care, and cultivation of talent, because we share those same values,” Perkins&Will president Lindsey Peckinpaugh said about the acquisition. “As one firm, united, we’ll amplify our collective strengths.”
